I bought the two-disc, limited edition version of the soundtrack and it seems the volume leveling is quite low. I have to turn up the volume quite high to hear the full score. Has anyone experienced this or could this be a coding issue on my copy? I have not yet listened to it with headphones, only in my car at this time. Thanks.The Rango suite is intensely enjoyable, in my opinion.Indeed, there is a "previous Verbinski" vibe to it. I'm looking forward to this score. I just wish we knew more about it!Epic track!!!!!! The album features the Emmy Award-winning score composed by Geoff Zanelli (Disturbia, The Odd Life of Timothy Green). Paramount Music will distribute the digital version of the soundtrack, with La-La Land Records handling the physical release. The 2-disc album will be released on June 18, 2013.Honestly it's not impossible that the movie AND the score are both worse than Battleship... The good point is that expectations are pretty low, we may end up very surprised :-)Few things are, Tom, few things are. ;)
Let us hope, that this won't be as bad as Battleship...Not quite sure I share your enthusiasm, Hybrid... It sounds kinda I feared it'll sound. I hoped for a big orchestra, but this is more "Person of interst" kind of score, apparently. Still impatiently waiting for the whole thing, though. Samples are often misguiding.Yeah but digitally it's still Disney, isn't it?The Intrada release will be out in late July, maybe that's why...Just came back, and sadly it isn't. :/
