Most probablyI am not a hybrid, i will try to give my opinion. I think, music in 5 season will come out when and 6 season. But I really want to be wrong!!! :)It's very sad...(((The 'Allentown Brothers' track is pretty damn awesome (find it on YouTube). It's like a mix between gothic Elfman, Desperate Housewives and Transformers. I love it.

It's one of those scores that people don't talk about much but it's actually pretty cool.

An awesome venue would be the Opera House in Odessa.
Want this so bad!!!Does anyone have a breakdown of this with the official score album?
Hats off to Batu Sener for working on many of the score's best cues though! It all comes to personal preference I think. Personally I’ve moved on from collecting cd’s (or anything really) and would rather have everything digital simply to utilize space.

That being said, I completely understand the appeals of having physical media, it would be sad to see that go away for the people who really love it.It's not only to appreciate the work, its to have something "real" in your hands, for your music collection. I don't like only to have a digital music archive. Of course, i rip all the cds i own to WAV and MP3. But i want to have them in my physical music collection.
These day, sure. But we usually get news of the next one by the time he's finished wrapping up the current one.Powell only does 1 score a year.Still no news on his next score? Is he taking a break or something? Working on more concert stuff? Was pleasantly surprised by this one when I first heard it. Outside of the ‘modern scoring’ portions you get some fun noir music for the squad, solid action writing, and even some good emotional cues.

Also gotta love the rhythmic idea from Antz popping up here...Also, the use of the guitars by Jablonsky, are still the best since the 90s
I give a spin (almost 4 years after my last listening), it grown on me (still don't consider of the best of Jab), but much better than Skyscraper (ok score) and Battleship (guilty pleasure, but not a good score by any means), i like the style of Jablonsky in this one, his rhythms (but i still don't care about the 'motif' for Cohen or certain sound design tracks like 'You Can't Shoot Me' or 'You Know the Drill')

But still has such cool action moments (Hot Potato With a Grenade) and emotional/romantic moments, and still enjoyed that from this.<3 Buck Takes the LeadHybrid do you know what cues Mancina worked on here? I read in the Twister booklet that the director heard a cue from this and wanted Hans for Twister but he told him that it was actually Mark.100% for HybridSoldier!I am very glad we have 2 scores by Steve this year. Waiting for Spenser Confidential.

Harry Gregson-Williams came to Paris on the weekend of 5 and 6 October for the second festival of “Festival des Musiques a l’Image”.

The annual festival, hosted by Audi invited the composer this year for a master class on Saturday at the Gaite Lyrique and for the first part of the great concert, which paid tribute this year to the legendaries 40 years of collaboration between composer John Williams (“the other Williams” said the amusing Harry Gregson-Williams) and director Steven Spielberg on Sunday at the French theater Le Grand Rex.

The British composer delivered in a stunning master class his method of composing by analyzing live different pieces of its composition: Shrek, Arthur Christmas, Kingdom of Heaven, Veronica Guerin, Man on Fire, Unstoppable and Team America.

A great learning time!

Hailed by a conquered prosecutor, Harry Gregson-Williams leads on Sunday the “Orchestre de Paris” in the first part of the concert.

Directed with verve and vivacity, the Orchestra performs with perfection the talented composer’s music for the pleasure of the audience, delighted by the beauty of the scores (Shrek, Shrek 2, Bridgestone 2, Prince of Persia.)

A moment of pure happiness and escape!

Thanks for sharing that video. Some part of HGW is almost exactly what he taught me a few month ago when our professor invited him to our class
