It's an Untitled CueWhat is the name of the track 2m18A?Anybody knows if it will be released in the next days? I read that it will be released on 3 april. Zmmer just composed the main theme or the complete score?I think that this is the best song I've ever heard. I write music, but this, is just something I can't beat. You're the best Sir.Nevermind. I thought we were talking about Tim Johnson (Home)
@Ds, What Marvel movie are you referring to?Just noticed that certain parts of "Flying Montage" (the electric guitar mostly) are also used in "Within The Web".Lol it looks like absolutely nobody is expecting this movie. I wonder if itīs going to bomb. It looks so bad and uninspired, and its director is responsible for the worst Marvel movie to date... I bet Lorne's music will be the only good thing in this movie.hans zimmer is my favorite composerGenesys is just going to be another big cash grab, milking whatever little value this series has left.

As far as Lorne scoring this, I'm fairly excited. He did a fantastic job on Beyond: Two Souls which people always seem to forget exists. And if memory serves me right, Zimmer also produced that score.
Lorne has also handled two Assassin's Creed scores, which are major projects, so I'm not surprised he's been given the chance of scoring T5.

Plus, nor the director or the producers of Genesys give a shit about the music in this one. The whole project's only purpose is to make millions with something people know and (used to) love. There's no creativity required for Terminator: Genesys, they could have picked anybody else.

I do wish Lorne Balfe does great. (As I l know he can)i wonder what hans zimmer say about his song@Jan-Lee Thank you so much. Of course! I just sent another email with another soundtrack. I hope you like.

All the best,
Nicola Lerra.Yes, more Balfe, I love his music so much!Actually, this time it IS Marvel rebooting it. It was Sony who rebooted it before. The reason a third film is not being made is because it seems the current style would not fit in with Marvel's films very well: Marvel wants creative control over the character and story and you can't get that with two previous films. Sony, of course, will still have final say, but I can't see them objecting to what Marvel might do.

This is not a bad thing. Sony haven't exactly grasped the opportunities of the license. Marvel can and most likely will if their version is a success (which it will be) - they could have Miles Morales, Venom, Spider-Girl, Scarlet Spider... all manner of things in a 'miniverse' that extends into the Avengers films. Sony have been struggling to do that since Spider-Man 3.
sounds wonderful. nice orchestration and very catchy themes. a lil bit john powell style i would say. i have to say, i prefer the orchestral balfe than the synth balfe, although this music sounds like a very good mix of both.Where does Ambush Standoff play? For track 18, "Static Avenger" should be corrected to "Static Revenger".It's not Marvel rebooting it... it's technically Sony

But now that Marvel Studios has some control there hopefully won't be any more reboots after AvengersDude, just because Zimmer has helped out on a handful of tricky situations in the past does NOT guarantee that he's going to do it on Terminator! Why the heck are you so sure of yourself?

And Balfe may not have any solo action tentpoles to his name, but he does have some fairly big animated movies and - more importantly - has worked on practically every Zimmer score of the last decade or so (including some HUGE stuff like Inception, Dark Knight and Pirates...the sort of things this Terminator flick dreams of being as successful as). I have no doubt that the people who decided to hire him are aware of that last fact. He's hardly this untested newcomer you're making him out to be!
