No GITS cannot be released, it's technically not possible... That's why Lorne leaked his part of the score himself...This is great news.Maybe Balfe’s scores to Ghost in the Shell now can get released.<br>Over 6000 people have signed the petition for Ghost.yea, that should be enough for meIt's comforting to get a reconfirmation that it's coming. <br>Now we'll just have to cross our fingers that the process doesn't take months like that one other release ;) <br><br>Which one will be out first: End Credits or X-Periments? :Pyes!yes!yes!<br>i can't wait!!!!!!!
And I can tell you Hans brought the matter to the very head of Disney Music... Everyone seems game to release it, just need to work out some technicalities...He mentions the Dark Phoenix second CD here. 20:33 onwards.<br><br>https: //www.youtube.com/watch? v=mHmKZbUZiIA<br><br>"I did a film recently that got away, but we wrote 16 hours of music. We're actually fighting to get another CD released because the film didn't do anything, just to have it out there. Because you can't use again in something else, so it'd be nice to have it out there. So that it doesn't disappear into a rubbish bin".Life's Not Fair first part is similar > Tears of the Sun - Yekeleni Part 1 lolAny idea on the name of the song from the trailer?Honestly the biggest problem with this new version for me is the lack of new variants of the themes. They mostly just repeat verbatim Hans' original ideas with little to no innovation or changes made most of the time. <br><br>It also doesn't help that cues that did have wonderful variations such as "Nala Attacks", and "Nala & Simba" have been shortened to mostly cut them out. The worst cut being for the ending to "Mufasa's Ghost" which originally peaked the emotion with that lovely variation of Simba/The One True King theme transitioning into the Pride Rock theme, all of which is absent now.
The comic con trailer for Season 3 looks excellent.<br><br>Really looking forward to next season & score.<br><br>I saw some early 1900 world. (One of the other parks?) Hope Djawadi does something cool with that.<br><br>Very excitedAfter Original Score<br><br>Tracklist:<br>1. Opening (1:33)<br>2. Class Start (0:51)<br>3. Tessa Meets Hardin (1:40)<br>4. Main Theme (2:20)<br><br>Hybrid this score is good?It's indeed a shame so much mhsic is missing from the official album.<br><br>Love to hear more!how about credits for the LLL set then?I'm just curious why there's so much dead air in the FYC tracks. Cues like "Shut it Down", "Burton Visits Prime Minister", or "Megatron has Squeeks" just have nothing to them! <br><br>No themes to speak of besides one horn blast of "Quintessa", no interesting melodies, or rhythm, just dead electronics and weak-feeling drums and strings which really doesn't fit in with the series' style. Not even the fourth movies'.
Thanks Hybrid for explaining that. Makes more sense now.Yes it is because the FYC is horrible... The OST is what Steve & co wrote. The FYC is what came out of the Music Editing Factory, which I don't dig at all. Lots of micro edits & transformations Steve probably didn't even hear... lol<br><br>Real final mixes would look like the OST, not like the FYC...You gotta realize one thing, this score is US recorded so every new 15 min of score you release, you gotta pay back reuse fees. So it's very complicated & costy and that's why they released "only" 15 min of extra score.<br><br>If it was recorded in the UK, they could have released 2 hours of bonus tracks it wouldn't have cost anything more... :)<br><br>As for a chrono order, since all cues are mixed together in different tracks in the OST, it gets complicated... It works like that :<br><br>ARTHUR => Theme Suite + 5m30 + 1m05<br>KINGDOM OF ATLANTIS => 3m20-21<br>IT WASN'T MEANT TO BE => 1m01 + 1m04B<br>ATLANTEAN SOLDIERS => Theme Suite + 5m33 + 2m12<br>WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? => Theme Suite<br>THE LEGEND OF ATLAN => 6m39 + 4m23<br>SWIMMING LESSONS => 3m19 + 3m19B + 3m19C<br>THE BLACK MANTA => Theme Suite + 9m69<br>WHAT COULD BE GREATER THAN A KING? => 7m54 + 7m55 + 7m55A<br>PERMISSION TO COME ABOARD => 9m64 + 2m07<br>SUITED AND BOOTED => 8m57 + 8m59<br>BETWEEN LAND AND SEA => 7m51 + 8m61<br>HE COMMANDS THE SEA => 8m60 + 9m65<br>MAP IN A BOTTLE => 6m42 + 8m56<br>THE RING OF FIRE => 5m29 + 8m62<br>REUNITED => 9m68<br>TRENCH ENGAGED => 7m52<br>MERA MONTAGE => 6m43B + 6m48<br>HOME INVASION => 1m04 + 3m15<br>SAVING POPS => 3m18<br>AHAB WAVES => 3m17 + 2m06B<br>ASK THE SEA => 2m08B<br>OBLIGATION => 5m32<br>DUNES => 5m37-38Heitor Pereira, Satnam Ramgotra and Richard Harvey are credited musiciansSounds like a Zimmer version of the Top Gun Anthem to me. Any chance Activision will release this score properly, to capitalize on the remaster of the game? ;)

Where does Ambush Standoff play?

MacArthur reply Replies: 1 || 2014-03-18 17:13:47
This game is probably the best in the series.

Mike2014-03-18 17:34:12
And the music in it was amazing! :D

Anon-e-missing reply Replies: 1 || 2013-10-28 02:01:25
So...can anyone put clearer titles on these tracks?

I can tell the following:

--Blackout Hurry is when Price, Gaz, and Soap rappel down and rush to the house where Nikolai is held
--Blackout Nightvision is once they get in the house
--Cargoship Approach, Escape, and flyaway are obvious
--Scout Sniper Abandoned is when you go into the abandoned buildings at the end of All Ghillied Up
--Scout Sniper Dash is whenever MacMillain says, "OK.....go!" and you run for it
--Scout Sniper Deadpool is when the two guys by the truck are dumping the corpses into the water
--Scout Sniper Pripyat is the beginning of All Ghillied Up until you pass through the church
--Scout Sniper Surrounded is when you're crawling through the troops

The multiplayer stuff is obvious too, as are "Griggs Deep Hard", "Silent Movie Special", and "Coup Intro" But what are the rest?.

Mike2013-10-28 13:37:38
Well, BogA Shantytown, BogA Tankdefense, and BogA Victory should be obvious enough. ;) The first plays after you shoot down the tanks on the bridge and then make your way to the downed Abrams tank, the second is when you defend the tank, and the third is when that mission is completed. "Killhouse Price" is when you meet Price in the training mission. ICBM Tension (think "Intercontinental Ballistic Missile") is the stealth section of the mission where you're searching for Griggs. ICBM Launch is at the end of that mission when the missile launches.

Sniper Escape Exchange is when you and MacMillan observe Zakhaev's exchange from the hotel, then Sniper Escape Run is when you and MacMillan are trying to reach the extraction point. Launch B Count 01, 02, etc... play during "No Fighting in the War Room". You just gotta apply your brain. ;)

Out of curiosity, why is this soundtrack on the Hans Zimmer site? I know Hans Zimmer has worked with Henry Gregson-Williams before and Hans Zimmer did the soundtrack for Modern Warfare 2, but what is his connection to this soundtrack?

Just curious. :)

Edmund Meinerts2013-07-22 13:18:17
This site lists scores by ALL RCP composers, not just Zimmer, so that includes Henry Gregson-Williams, Harry Jackman, Ramin Badelt, Klaus Djawadi, Nick Jablonsky and Steve Glennie-Smith.

Mike2013-07-22 18:42:39
I see what you did there, Edmund... ;)

I love the music in the mission "Hunted" (which also sometimes plays in multiplayer) when you lie down as the chopper flies overhead with the searchlight. So suspenseful. I wish COD4's score had been given an official release.

Am I the only one who, after playing Call of Duty 4, keeps the Xbox on and lets the music play for a while? Seriously. The main menu music is good stuff.

does anyone how to download this? my first time being on this site

Mike2012-12-20 05:08:02
Sorry, fellow-name-sharer, but this isn't for downloading. It's just a list of cues written for the game.

Anonymous2012-12-21 16:47:13
Actually, if you have the computer version of the game you can access the game's music folder on your computer and get all the songs that way. That is how I obtained it!

@ HGW4
Only reason you hear some of Harry's motifs or electronic samples is because Stephen worked under Harry. I am sure that Harry allowed Stephen to use some of the motifs he created as samples. Another example is with Rupert Gregrson-Williams in which he will use his brother's electronic samples in some of his scores aswell.

Actually...if you listen to each song carefully you can hear Harry Gregson-Williams' motifs in a lot of the music. So I would say he had a lot more to do with the music than just the theme. I think they just say "main theme" for some random reason...

Evenstar reply Replies: 0 || 2009-11-06 00:00:00
just theme afaik
