What I'm saying is there was stuff recorded that has never seen the light of day. For instance, the Be Prepared reprise. That was near-finished (it had an instrumental track, I think the hyena chorus had yet to be finalized).The CD was always planned. Like Armageddon, just very bad timing...Kinda like TDKR....movie sounds better than album.Actually, if I'm remembering correctly, I believe it was a petition that got the first Transformers score released (and that was an excellent album if you ask me!).Do petitions work for this kinda thing?
I don't suppose there are any petitions for a two-disc BB soundtrack floating around, are there? :PI concur, Anonymous. I love hearing that Hans Zimmer will be scoring a film, but there are a lot of "blossoming" talents at RCP who would probably appreciate the chance to do whole scores and not just additional music/arrangements.It was recorded, yes. But it never got put with the soundtrack given it was an abandoned idea. They finished it and released it on "Rhythm of the Pride Lands", a CD I am proud to own because it also presents a few other pieces from the film in concert-style.@The Joker: I've known that was there, but I didn't know if it was legitimate.Interesting...Well, maybe one day he'll be able to take a break like John Powell is doing and get stuff like this rolling.
this is mgbube for ggctuk but the song was recorded and all so zimmer got paid for it so it must be part of the soundtrack check here and please advise hxxp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E8_W82JSnmM thanks mgbubeWarthog Rhapsody was an early idea that got replaced by Hakuna Matata. It says that much on the Special Edition DVD, and I remember hearing it mentioned in the making of the Rhythm of the Pride Lands CD.No noticeable artifacts at all.I'm told that the sheet music for that piece calls for violins playing harmonics. Needless to say the harmonics of a standard 18-violin setup are going to sound different to a solo violin.Why no CD 1, CD 2 anymore?
Really? My version is about 102 minutes...maybe not 100% complete for a film as long as Pearl Harbor but hardly just a promo with a couple of additional cues. I've had it for long enough that I don't even remember where I got it.I wish he would pass it on to someone else to do. I'm sure someone at RCP would love to be given a unique project like that. I know I would haha.I don't think so. The only thing I've seen is a promo or expanded with a couple of new cues. The complete hasn't leaked, as far as I know.I know. It almost feels like someone took the trailer, muted it and put this music over it. It's hard to believe it's actually legit. And oh so glorious that it is. :DNo dialogue, no clue of what the story is, only gorgeous landscapes and nostalgic 90s music: was this trailer made for RCP fans only?

Without a doubt the movie is for 0-4 year old kids only, but this is a very nice video.

I know this has been discussed. BUT. I've been trying to find the cue used twice in the Bourne Supremacy, and once in the Bourne Ultimatum. In the Supremacy, it plays when Bourne is in the cafe looking up info on Neski and The Hotel Breker., and also when Landy goes to confront Abbott. In the Ultimatum, it's used when Neil Daniels is leaving his apartment (and it is not "Daniels Clears Out"). Has anyone ever found this? You'd think a cue used three times in two movies would be released...and it's awesome.

As long as it contains new mateirals I don't care if it is out of order. :)

Very very wrong tracklist !

First, "Meetings" has the wrong name and wrong place. There's no music during the meeting at the beginning of the movie. The cue's used later in the movie when Bourne arrives in NY. On Ascap, the cue is called "Your Party is Waiting" and should be placed between Morgue and Contact Marie. Contact Marie is a wrong name too, as Marie's dead, the real name of the cue (based on Ascap) is simply "Contact".

"Bonus Cue" isn't a bonus, but is the cue for the final sequence, called on album "Jason is Reborn" and on Ascap "Bourne Adrift". It's up to you to decide which one's best ! :D

"B and E" is in fact the end credits music, and if it was originally meant to be used during the movie, it could have hardly been placed before Car Chase because it doesn't sync with anything there... And then should be considered as the "Bonus Cue".

Then we have this :

1. Six Weeks Ago (4:31)
2. Waterloo Part I (9:38)
3. Waterloo Part II (5:33)
4. Ross Terminated (3:03)
5. Daniels Clear Out (1:49)
6. Unsafe House (12:25)
7. Assets and Targets (7:58)
8. Bike Chase (3:34)
9. Rooftop Chase (4:16)
10. Apartment - Cat and Mouse (2:30)
11. Faces (3:40)
12. Morgue (3:01)
13. Your Party is Coming (2:15)
14. Contact (6:20)
15. Car Chase (2:32)
16. Coming Home (3:19)
17. Remembering (3:49)
18. Corners of My Mind (4:27)
19. Jason is Reborn (3:10)
20. End Credits (Bonus Cue) (3:05)

4. Waterloo Part II (5:33)

6. Daniels Clear Out (1:49)
7. Unsafe House (12:25)

A recent release of a expanded score shares many unreleased or unheard of cues from the film itself. Even Waterloo Parts I & II are different from 'Waterloo' on the original soundtrack.

Heres the expanded score track listings:

1. Six Weeks Ago (4:31)
2. Meetings (2:15)
3. Waterloo Part I (9:38)
4. Waterloo Part II (5:33)
5. Ross Terminated (3:03)
6. Daniels Clear Out (1:49)
7. Unsafe House (12:25)
8. Assets and Targets (7:58)
9. Bike Chase (3:34)
10. Rooftop Chase (4:16)
11. Apartment - Cat and Mouse (2:30)
12. Faces (3:40)
13. Morgue (3:01)
14. Contact Marie (6:20)
15. B and E (3:05)
16. Car Chase (2:32)
17. Coming Home (3:19)
18. Remembering (3:49)
19. Corners of My Mind (4:27)
20. Bonus Cue (3:10)

You think they will release expanded soundtracks for these films? In the movies, I heard different music most of the time until the cue for the ones on these soundtracks appear.

Bourne Fan reply Replies: 0 || 2008-01-18 00:00:00
This is some of the best soundtrack music I think I've EVER heard! I love the perfect mix between classical and electronics. The music is so bitter-sweet and depressing at times, but filled with dramatic action elsewhere. I won't be bored with it for a long time.

Anyone know does any of the songs have the piece of the music that starts when SPOILERS Bourne leaves Daniels house and call the cops?

vasco_cid reply Replies: 0 || 2007-09-20 00:00:00
a very good score regardless of the fact that about of the music heard in the movie isn't on the soundtrack....... i really hope they release a complete score for this movie, because there's a piece of music absent from the bourne supremacy album that is used in this movie and surprisingly absent from this score too. It's the piece in this movie that plays in the first scene in Madrid with Neil Daniels. In supremacy that piece appeared twice: First when Jason is in the Internet looking for the hotel, and second when Pamela Landy is going to Abbot's room before he SPOILERS(commits suicide)..

hi! do u know any soundtracks who are sounding like the rock or face off? i"m looking for a really good action scores,could u give me a some good titles?

Anthony reply Replies: 0 || 2007-08-04 00:00:00
I'd probably give it a 6. While it's more consistent than Identity a lot of the best themes are missing. It doesn't really come close to Supremacy so unless you really want more Bourne music you could probably give it a pass.

max reply Replies: 0 || 2007-08-04 00:00:00
from 1 to 10 how good is this score? is better than bourne identity and bourne supremacy?

Anthony has a point...
I think it will be interesting to hear what he does in b3... His scores match the film excellantly.
