“natural tendency to put light on the role of others” hahahah...I'm sure he felt very foolish two years ago.Ask Hybrid@pegasus yes, 10 years later :-)Tom Holkenborg and David Buckley ?
Also Heitor Pereira, Guillaume Roussel, John Powell, Steve Jablonsky, HGW, Atli Örvarsson no ?Neely is no longer with HansTrevor said in a recent interview, that he scored Renny Harlins new movie The Misfits. Im really looking forward to this movie and score. Loved every Harlin/Rabin collaboration so far.Need some page for the new "Greyhound" film scored by Blakeu ask "is it from the sessions?" and you know thats rips whith sfx? :D hahah. made my day
I think we were all clear that both Snyder and Tom intended to use material from Hans. I don’t think he’s writing new music, but I do think Tom will use a lot of Hans.Is it true that Hans Zimmer is working on the Snyder Cut? That would be spectacular!Lol it’s probably low quality rips from the filmwhaaat? the complete score?? where??where did you find it? what is it called on youtube?
i found a complete album on YouTube, but the audio quality is not good as I thought. Is it from the recording session? Where can I find a high quality audio of this album to listen?just going to leave this here: el matador del mar, a great character, killed so easily because sparrow needed to be the great hero.

i disapprove, long life salazar!!What is the name of the song playing when Maggie leaves it’s beautiful and haunting. The music from this movie is sheer genius a mix of heavy metal, jazz, and rock and roll! Awesome...!Yes! Finally someone else who has heard it to! I am a HUGE fan of both trilogy's, do you like POTC?R.I.P. to Ennio Morricone, dead at 91.

For those who aren’t as familiar with his material, check out Once Upon a Time in the West, easily one of the greatest scores of the past century. You can definitely hear where Zimmer took inspiration from, for Pirates/Lone Ranger/Sherlock/Rango/etc.

“Parlay” is such a love letter to the main tune from OUATITW...

Oh, I'm sorry I forgot to mention my only problem with this album. The music when they are about to cut Will's heart out and Bootstrap and other are chanting "part of the ship...part of the crew." And then continuing until when Jack and Elizabeth make it safely onto the Black Pearl. Those two themes are amazing and it's sad that they can't be found. If anybody knows where to get those themes, please inform me! I've been searching everywhere for those themes and I can't seem to find. Any help would be great! Thanks...

This is the best score of the trilogy and possibly Zimmer's best ever; I know it's in my top 10 Zimmer scores. One Day is my favorite cue on the album and Up Is Down is just so fun to listen to. And I can't forget to mention What Shall We Die For?, which is one of Zimmer's most powerful themes to date. I love this score and I can't stop listening to it! Great score!

At Wit's End - 3:11 = Bliss!

Being IMHO the best score of the pirates trilogy, it's sad this one suffers from severe exclusion of a lot of the good material in the film...

The soundtrack is really good, however, it will be better if the female choir song was included as well as identified; the song playing during William Turner's heart cut out....

I don't think I have words enough to describe the beauty and power of the score. All I can say is it is in the top 5 scores of 2007 list and definitely one of the best scores by Hans. "Hoist The Colours" is one of the best themes he has ever written, next to those in Lion King and Prince of Egypt.

Julian reply Replies: 0 || 2008-05-25 00:00:00
What a wonderful score. In my opinion one of his best score he ever made. It's great to see how he plays with this wonderful themes. Hans go on. very good job!!

hey me you obviously dont understand how the system works. Hans writes the themes and how he wants them to go and stuff like that. but you are on a tight time strain. So he needs people there to assist in SOME of the writing and corrections to fit what is going on on the screen. The writing is his.
