I GOT HIS AUTOGRAPH!!!!!!Dark Phoneix is more playable than Dunkirk, more thematic in my opinion, and don't agree with that opinions saying are the same, specially when Dark Phoenix has more in common with the early 2010s and some of the 90s score by Zimmer.I don't find the similarities between Playful Secrets and Home Alone, mostly the track (and the most part of the score) reminds more to Danny Elfman than John Williams, even Goldsmith, which his synthesizers sounds, are pretty unique, much more than Jablonsky in this score, but i give that sounds like a 80s synthesizer.Please Inception be next!!<br>There are tons of music in the film that didn't make it to the soundtrack.That's great. I personally like Dark Phoenix more than dunkirk, I feel pretty good visiting Xperiments.<br><br>The funny thing (and I can identify with your anecdote), is that every time I do homework with my son, I put music on him (not just Hans), but he also gets to recognize just by listening to a fragment or the main theme, a example is le petit prince, the lion king and the hobbit., among others recognizes them. He's only 4 years old and I'm funny because he asks me for music to do his battles.<br>quite an experience haha
I have a feeling Hans doesnít even know about this release lol. Itís so lazily done. I hope the packaging makes up for it tho. <br><br>Iím crossing my fingers for Dunkirk but I donít think itíll ever happen. ThatAwesome news. But next time Hans should just include the entire score along with those tracks. I also think that he should release an extended version of Dunkirk because there is so much material in the movie that hasn't been released.I'm gonna have to agree with MrZimmerFan that it sounds more like Danny Elfman style, especially because of the choir.More than anything else "Playful Secrets" sounds like it's straight out of Home Alone. Definitely Williams more than Elfman for me.<br><br>This score is one of my favorites from Jablonsky. The retro synths are almost Goldsmith-like in places which is awesome to hear. And it's one of the very few post-Steamboy scores of his that brings back some of that Steamboy adventurous spirit. Would be great to hear him do this sort of thing again one day.Oh... And No Time For Caution was already included on the Illuminated Star Edition (hidden track on CD2)... Sad...
well that's disappointing -.-Just checked the Amazon page and the track listing is essentially the same as the Illuminated Star Edition (with No Time For Caution and Day One Dark added on)film version of No Time for Caution would be amazing<br><br>Day One Dark in higher quality than 256kbps MP3 would be cool tooJesus!<br><br>If this is a new precedent for companies to release past (and future) works expanded than sign me up. I love the option of having both a normal OST release and a complete. Saves having to wait for sessions lolOh my god yes "Quantifiable Connection" and "Day One Dark" at last properly released, maybe ?
EXPANDED EDITION OUT ON NOVEMBER 13th, 2020!<br><br>"including additional music that was not available on the standard CD and digital releases of the original soundtrack"<br><br>https://filmmusicreporter. com/2020/09/23/watertower-music-to-release-interstellar-expa nded-edition-soundtrack-album/As it was written for the movieThis mean the recording sessions?First Jedi Fallen Order, now Solo? I love this news! And I get the distinct feeling both releases are being used to determine interest in further Star Wars expanded score releases further down the line! Only real bummer is no CD to go on the shelf, but I'll take this any way it comes!He's just posted in his Instagram story that in 9 days he has more interesting stuff coming.<br><br>Very curious

There's a part in Track 12 that sounds EXACTLY like POTC. The "tut tut tut" theme, as Hybrid called it.

Anonymous2020-07-06 22:14:09
Yes! Finally someone else who has heard it to! I am a HUGE fan of both trilogy's, do you like POTC?

Glad I have this. One of my favorites from Rabin.

"Treasure" on the album sounds way different than in the film.

Mr. Charles2013-04-20 00:45:07
Because its the film mix

Lola2015-05-13 22:52:34
But how can I find it? I'm interested in finding this movie mix of "Treasure" for 10 years now and nothing. It is killing me...

Lola2015-05-13 23:22:31
Damn, it's not the film mix of "Treasure" I'm looking for all those years. It's an "only in movie" piece of music, used in National Treasure from 2004 (starts exactly when Shaw, wearing a baseball hat, electrocutes the guard while Ian and his crew is trying to get the Declaration of Independence). It probably is a movie mix of another track from the original score. But I totally hate it when there is a music in a film that is not coveres in the score or OST. Exact that happens with Lara Croft The Cradle Of Life score: in the movie when Lara shows her Greek crew the location of Luna Temple and the boat is heading that way we can hear like 15-seconds lovely music piece which (of course!) is not included in the movie score. Another example? The Bourne Identity: when Jason is remembering the moment he tried to kill Wombosie on his yacht there goes like 30-second great music piece which is (FIGURES!) not included in the OST. I HATE IT! People who do that kind of stuff should be severely punished...

this music is very bad. armageddon and deep blue sea and enemy of the state are the best of trevor rabin.

Anonymous2014-03-24 02:30:21
what are you talking about???? the second national treasure score was kinda lame but this one was great!

Anon-e-missing reply Replies: 0 || 2013-05-23 08:56:15
This is a great soundtrack to do homework to. Makes it feel all important and epic.

Anthony reply Replies: 1 || 2007-03-18 00:00:00
Peter, I am unaware of a complete score to this, but I agree, there is a lot of nice unreleased material.

Mike2013-02-02 08:23:15
Interesting thing is, I guess the whole score has a certain uniform sound to it, so I didn't even realize the album was missing lots of music until I decided to do a random search for "National Treasure Complete Score" one day. Oh well. There's more music in here than in the sequel's album. 22 minutes in Book of Secrets' case is rather strange.

i am only Have the custom but i would ?have the recording session of this film

//////2011-11-20 04:04:53
We all would

Areozz2011-11-20 19:44:13
I'm sorry; your English is too shattered to tell what you're trying to say. If you're saying something about the recording sessions, yes they are out--everyone who would want them has them already.

John2011-11-22 06:45:23
Is there a rcording session leak for the 1st National Treasure?

Areozz2011-11-22 14:47:59
No. If there was a "recording session leak" you wouldn't be asking about it. Releases or leaks of that magnitude are kind of difficult to miss. Asking if there is/was a leak of a complete score from RCP would be like asking if the sky turned green yesterday. Everyone would be talking about it if it actually happened, but since you don't see anyone talking about it, the clearly it did not, in fact, happen.
