Lorne is got additional music credit, not for co-composer, and still appear the image of the label for the soundtrack. But Lorne is still not credited as an official composer. It is possible that Lorne shares credit with Max.In other news Lorne just finished compiling the OST for Gemini Man...When Richter was the composer there was an album planned at Deutsche Grammophon...<br><br>When Lorne jumped in to write a new score for the movie, apparently that release was cancelled... Now that film has like 50/50 MR LB, and nothing's planned at all.<br><br>So we'll see, but apart from posting some cues of his score online, like Lorne did before, I doubt there'll be an official release... And if Richter's release gets back on track, it would definitely have his score only.Hybrid, by "not happening" you mean Richter's part of the score or Balfe's? Or the whole thing is as messed up as Ghost in the Shell, regarding the score?
@Hybrid why? Will they’re ever be a release score on YouTube and other websites this is a piece of art beautiful score 18 years later it’s still have been published please answer my question if have this score Gmail it to me it’s elijahboy564@gmail.comProbably not happening...Huh. Weird how Harper and HGW worked on continuous chunks of the movie, like Hans assigned them reel by reel or something...any news about Ad Astra score release?
The words mediocre is not something you use when talking about this score. Kamen score is good but not on this level, and Ottman doesn't even come close. But that's just my opinionYi and Everest Duet, The Leshen Buddha...<br>Absolutely gorgeousAnybody else notice that the track "Spider Attack" actually cuts a fairly noticeable section out at the beginning? When you know who is attacked by the Deadlights, there's those low blasts like the "Deadlights" track from Chapter 1.<br><br>It shouldn't be a biggie though: it seems to be an easily-replicatable section. Is "Preparations - Citadel Left Turn (Alternate)" the extended version of Many Mothers on the OST? Noticed I'm missing a track and the times on both match up perfectly.Little credit update.
Happy Birthday MaestroI actually really liked it. Just listened to it on the train home from work. Really enjoyed Kait's theme and the action cues, as well as the dark tinge to the tracks. <br><br>Is it his best? Not at all. And the album has the misfortune of being released not too long after Ramin's phenomenal GoT score which doesn't help things. But as far as a regular score goes, I've heard a LOT worse.<br>Damn, this is wrong on so many levels> Posts the cuesheet and without additional credits<br>> Thats a paddlin'<br><br>Tom Holkenborg<br><br>INTRO JAKE<br>THE NEWSPAPER<br>GUNSLINGER DREAM<br>HOLY SHIT<br>SKIN PEOPLE COME FOR JAKE<br>PORTAL TO MID WORLD<br>MID WORLD DESERT<br>MOM AND DAD MEET WALTER<br>VISIT TO HOMELESS MAN<br><br><br>Tom Holkenborg, Antonio Di Iorio<br><br>WOODEN GUARD<br>MAN IN BLACK CHECKS IN<br>JAKE MEETS ROLAND<br>ROLAND THREATENS JAKE<br>COME AND GET ME<br>MAN IN BLACK IN NYC<br>TRESPASSER HAS SHINE TO KILL DEMON<br>CAMPFIRE PT 1,2<br>DEMON DAD<br>WALTER PUTS TRACKERS ON ROLAND<br>JAKE SHOWS ARRA HIS VISION<br>ROLAND JAKE ESCAPE THROUGH PORTAL<br>WALTER KILLS ARRA<br>MOM IS DEAD<br>GUN LESSON<br>DIXIE PIG SHOOTOUT PT 2<br>WALTER MANIPULATES JAKE<br>FINAL FIGHT<br>COME WITH ME<br><br><br>Tom Holkenborg, Aljoscha Christenhuß<br><br>DOCTOR ANALYZES DREAMS<br>HOMELESS MAN WARNS JAKE<br>JAKE ESCAPES FROM SKIN PEOPLE<br>TAHEEN IN THE FOREST<br>KIDS TRY TO BREAK THE BEAM<br>SOMETHING GOT OUT<br>ARRIVE AT MANNY VILLAGE<br>HE'S STILL A GUNSLINGER<br>TAHEEN DESTROY GENERATOR<br>VILLAGE ATTACK<br>TRACES OF PORTAL ACTIVITY<br>GUN STORE SHOOTOUT<br>DIXIE PIG SHOOTOUT PT 1GEMA Credits:<br><br>WOODEN GUARD	<br>MAN IN BLACK CHECKS IN	<br>JAKE MEETS ROLAND<br>ROLAND THREATENS JAKE<br>COME AND GET ME<br>MAN IN BLACK IN NYC	<br>TRESPASSER HAS SHINE TO KILL DEMON<br>CAMPFIRE PT. 1	<br>CAMPFIRE PT. 2	<br>DEMON DAD	<br>WALTER PUTS TRACKERS ON ROLAND	<br>JAKE SHOWS ARRA HIS VISION	l<br>ROLAND JAKE ESCAPE THROUGH PORTAL	<br>WALTER KILLS ARRA	<br>MOM IS DEAD	<br>GUN LESSON	<br>DIXIE PIG SHOOTOUT PT. 2<br>WALTER MANIPULATES JAKE	<br>FINAL FIGHT	<br>COME WITH ME<br>DOCTOR ANALYZES DREAMS<br>HOMELESS MAN WARNS JAKE<br>JAKE ESCAPES FROM SKIN PEOPLE <br>TAHEEN IN THE FOREST	<br>KIDS TRY TO BREAK THE BEAM	<br>SOMETHING GOT OUT <br>ARRIVE AT MANNI VILLAGE	<br>HE S STILL A GUNSLINGER	<br>TAHEEN DESTROY GENERATOR	<br>VILLAGE ATTACK	<br>TRACES OF PORTAL ACTIVITY <br>GUN STORE SHOOTOUT<br>DIXIE PIG SHOOTOUT PT. 1<br>INTRO JAKE	<br>THE NEWSPAPER	<br>GUNSLINGER DREAM	<br>HOLY SHIT	<br>SKIN PEOPLE COME FOR JAKE	<br>PORTAL TO MID WORLD	<br>MID WORLD DESERT	<br>MOM AND DAD MEET WALTER <br>VISIT TO HOMELESS MAN

You can find it at www.amazon.com

*sigh* for the entire time I was aware of this series I showed no interest
and a month ago I picked Snake Eater off the shelf at best buy and figured I'd give it a spin
and sweet jesus was I kicking myself for missing games with such complex structure and excitement and the itelligence (take the talk that The Boss gives you right before you fight her for instance)
but man the ending song was a great pick

The Greatest OST ever

MGS1 OST was good, MGS2 OST was great. ..

MGS3 OST is soooooooooooo AWESOME!!!!!!!!

I did not play the game yet, but the scroe is absolutely fantastic.

My favorite Tracks are the two sidecar-themes... they are so cool...

all three MGS-Games rule, so do their soundtracks.

I love HGW

It's first an ambient soundtrack! We all know HGW is a master in that side of film scoring.
I like that new 60's sound!
Interresting sounds and rythms!
Norihiko Hibino made a great job too!
You have a great introduction: The Main Theme and a wonderful conclusion: Debriefing

CAN YOU GET IT IN A STORE IN THE U.S

Carlos reply Replies: 0 || 2004-12-20 00:00:00
WOW!

What an OST, it puts MGS 2 to shame, and I really love it. The vocal tracks are really good, and the ones played in the action sequences are superb! Congratulations to Harry for doing such an excellent job and making us gamers really happy!

My only complaint is that the Snake Eater instrumental version wasn't included in the OST, only in the single maxi-CD

I have just received the soundtrack. GREAT!!!!!!!!!!
I really love track 4 Virtous Mission, when Snake does the HALO jump!!!
A must buy for all MV fans, Harry Gregson-Williams fans and electronic &-- ambient score fans!!!!!!!!

I've played the game, and the only thing I can add is "-- Give us the Vocal only version of Snake Eater dammit!!!"-- It had the most emotional weight while you were climbing up the latter and they played only the vocals. I would also like the E3 version of it, where it had the croaking of the tree frogs and it manipulated the vocals abit. I'm definately going to have to pick this one up.

Not yet released but I have played the game. Great soundtrack overall. Couple more days until release... Can't wait!!

What I have heard from the game, which is only 1/4 of it, this is one hell of a soundtrack.

A Classic Soundtrack to end a Classic Trilogy!

One of the biggest franchises ever devised, we finally reash the final chapter, under the reign of Hideo Kojima.
But I must say what an outstanding way to finish off! An excellent double album crammed with some the best music ive ever heard.
The Healing tracks are a great addition showing that theirs room for some excellent 3rd party music.
The Ending Theme "--Way to Fall"-- Is a fantastic song essentually summing up how great these Cd's really are!
