Well said, Styg.well we don't really know if he is one (for reasons I mentioned). could just be another troll...we don't really have any way of distinguishing the real Anonymous123 from some masquerading dickhead on here.Leaking at 8pm lol. Geez you elitists are so damned childish...AH-TRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUSSSSSSSTTT INNNNN MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENo need to commit any crimes lazy jack. The only crime would be not trusting in me.
one thing is for certain..... i will be setting my household alarm system for 8:00 pm tomorrow evening... and if it does not leak then a crime will be committedAnyone can post under this name, but there is only one true Anonymous 123.

AGoS I do not know, but I can feel something, and I will soon.

As for now, trust me and await The Last Samurai, for I am not wrong.
--like this.

-Stygiannow...before anyone blows a load, let's remember that there are hella-trolls lurking these messageboards, and that anyone can post under the name Anonymous123.You better be right Anonymous123. That'd be insane to get this score before Memorial Day. We've had quite the month for leaks.

Score fans don't like several editions of a soundtracks, exclusive apps and stuff. Just sayin'Blame WaterTower, not HZ. Hans Zimmer seems to be the new Lady Gaga of soundtracks.

Sneek peeks, samples, fan made promos, interviews about how brilliant the score is, featurettes, 1 track that is sold 'accidently' on iTunes a month in advance, trailers, soundcloud, movieticket exclusives...

It's a score goddamnit. It's made for the movie/movie studio/director and not for the fans. I was always glad i am not into a lot of commercial music because of all this hype crap.

Sorry needed to vent. This hype and so called promo's are having an opposite effect on me ^^
I love the distorted bass sound in that trailer! Sounds really crazy. This might be part of the few tracks giving credits to Hans & Junkie XL, because it's more electronic. But who knows...I do think "Flight" is an amazing track, though. If John Williams sees the movie, I'd love to know what he thinks of the score.

Looks like they may have cancelled the score soundtrack from both Amazon and Barnes And Noble who previously had it listed as a June 28th release, now dont even have it listed as an entry on their sites.

And like I said, here is your moment to say "I told you so". See? I've already calmed down now that I know the tracklist. Today has been a good day. So now you no longer have to worry about people such as myself freaking out, ok?

kaka2011-06-21 03:33:13

Now it's 'WHERES THE SAMPLES!!!!!"

oy vey...

Dakota2011-06-21 04:30:32
Dude, I told you to keep your pants on. The music plays on the official site which is good enough for me. I never listen to the samples on Web Radio, anyway. Chillax, ok?

Even though I said be patient, I have a weird feeling its going to get pushed back again...it really is awfully close to the release date to not even have a cover.

IamLegend2011-06-16 08:02:52
Just be...patient. it's coming. Details on the album are being kept quiet. That's all. The release date IS June 28!

Von2011-06-17 00:47:30
and it was June 16th first...they can do whatever the want. Release date means nothing.

IamLegend2011-06-17 01:06:18
let's make a bet, if it comes out the 28th, I get to kick you in the arse 28 times!

Von2011-06-17 04:57:05
Arse? I got a feeling its gonna be a long plane trip for you. If it comes out on the 28th, Ill even pay the air fare.

nope.

OK....You know what? The score's not coming out.

There. I said it.

Dakota2011-06-20 22:49:05
Kaka, keep your pants on. It's just that some if us (myself included) are worried it's not coming out. The film opens in 7 and a half days, technically speaking, and there is still no tracklist or artwork. You have to see it from our point of view. This time in 2009, Revenge of the Fallen already had the artwork, tracklist, and samples of each track on iTunes and Amazon. If it bothers you that so many people are still freaking out over it, then be the better person and ignore it. Don't respond. Otherwise, chill. And IF and when it finally comes out, then you get to say "I told you so" and we will have calmed down by then.

kaka2011-06-21 01:05:16
Im always calm.

But as you can clearly see, album details did surface so no worries...Wow...I can imagine worrying about not getting a paycheck..this? not so much...its just music.

kaka reply Replies: 0 || 2011-06-15 19:29:27
Another thing I have noticed when it comes to music not heard on an album - when it comes to the sequel, sometimes the composer will take cues not heard on the prevous album, remix them, and put them in the sequel album....

Thats great, but typically we all wanted the previous album's mix, not the new one. I dont know why they do that, maybe it has to do with costs or they deliberately keep it off the album because they're gonna use that as a sub theme in the next one...

Dom reply Replies: 10 || 2011-06-10 18:42:15
From the track I believe is "conspiracy" really nice use of the effect from inception in there! :p

kaka2011-06-10 20:28:37
Considering the number of co-composers here Im going to guess another 40 minute album is in store for us.

Remote Control must have some kind of Industry contract because the more composers you hve on the score, the less music ends up on the OST...Maybe it has to do with royalty issues the co-composers are denied in favor of the main composer getting the credit for the score itself.

I find it funny how before you'd have one score, one composer. It was all his or her own work. Now you have 5 or 6 cooks in the kitchen, and its not all the main composers work...Which sucks.

Dakota2011-06-13 05:42:35
It says here that Warner Bros. is the record label. But I checked on Warner Bros. AND Watertower music websites and I have found nothing. There's no artwork, no tracklist or anything. I'm getting worried.

Von2011-06-14 07:01:42
ROTF, while released before the film, wasn't even finished recording the score but like a week or 2 before the film release, which I think contributed to the short track lists and it was released by a different record company compared too Watertower, who released the score for the first film and now this film. The reason for the lack of cover and track listings is they are probably still recording the music and putting the CD release together. Patience, It will come.

Dakota2011-06-14 21:19:17
I am patient, I'm just panicking. Are you sure this time in '09 there was still no tracklist or cover? I could swear there was. I remember looking at it on iTunes, and sampling the tracks on Amazon. I know composing is usually one of the last things done, but time is ticking. And on Bay's site, he stated the film is officially "DONE". T1 is Warner Bros., and ROTF is Reprise, a division of Warner Bros. music.

Steve2011-06-14 21:54:44
we should get an hour this time like the first release, looks good! :D

kaka2011-06-14 23:38:50
well, I am aware that composers dont work on the scores until generally a few months or so before the release date, so yah its cutting it close...

But look at it this way - if the score album lacks because its released too early then we may benefit if this is released later....

We'll see

Noble2011-06-15 03:33:33
I chatted with amazon and they say it will be released on June 28 this month. So stop worrying and be patience. It was delayed because of warner brothers and the label company.

kaka2011-06-15 05:07:19
LOL you needed to chat with Amazon? Come on, man....

Just wait til June 28th or whatever and we'll figure it out then. Until then, just record the samples off the TF3 website.

Its a perfectly normal thing for a scorehound to do...

Dakota2011-06-15 07:07:07
Finally listening to the music on the film's official site. Sounds epic and amazing, can't wait to get it! There's a very nice variation of "Prime" from ROTF playing. I like.

Hale2011-06-15 13:48:39
I think it's not very impressive for the moment. I hope we'll have a new version of "Arrival to Earth" on the cd and some drama-epic stuff which lacks on "ROTF" cd.

Bar reply Replies: 0 || 2011-06-14 20:43:12

This score better have more than the annoying 40 mins on revenge of the fallen.

All score cd's should be assembled by Brian Tyler, he is one composer who makes sure every one of his albums have 77+ mins of music!

Evenstar2011-04-28 15:19:09
agree

Adrian2011-06-09 21:17:06
Perhaps Brian will assemble a CD with Steve, check this out:
