Hi!
You guys are doing a great job covering the main topics of a brilliant composer. Thank you. There is one big thing I miss tho on this page and it's the Hans Zimmer "gear" list. What kinda hardware and software does he use for his midi mock-ups and so forth? And what could he recommend for aspiring composers to use? That would be a great additional to this page! Until then keep on brining the good stuff... :)

it shuld be a bit more serius....i mean look at the other sites.....the extras bar is too simple....give it a new look....embed music.....try sumthings new.........this is fucking sad to have a website of a such talented person as stupid as this.......typical newbie lighting on the bars........is this it????..i expected much much more.......

Hey Mr. Zimmer,
My name is Garrett and I am a huge fan of your work. Your music inspires me to say the least and it would absolutly be incredible if you were able to read this in your very limited spare time. I'm a 15 year old highschool student and it would mean so much to see your written score for At Wit's End on the Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest soundtract. I have written some short pieces of music and am in the middle of writing a choral. It has been my dream to arrange some of your briliant pieces for band. I play the trumpet in school at the moment and am also taking music lessons for piano. i don`t know you mr. Zimmer and my english isn`t really good, but your music is the best i`ve ever heard. And i wanna hear more of it. Donīt make the music for Part 2 of Sherlock Holmes(maybe there will be a second part everywhen), they should make the second "movie-part" for your music. I hope you know i meen :-)

as you can see, my name`s Freddy and I`m from Germany. Several days ago I watched the fantastic movie Sherlock Holmes and was totally amazed of the soundtrack, which you composed. Absolutely awesome.
Right now I`m searching for the sheet music of discombobulate and hope I`m gonna find it.

After over 3 years of searching for the sheet music notation to your score 'injection' which I find to be a beautiful & moving piece of music.
I'm on the verge of giving up looking & I found what I can only call a tiny spark of hope in this last request, in that somehow, someday, you might read this & bless me with the notation to the masterpiece.

I would dearly love to see the entire score of Batman Begins performed live! I bought the CD after watching the movie several times. I can see the orchestra in my head..every violin..horn..drums..it is the Rachmananoff of movie sound tracks! I love it!
Any chance of a live concert of this anywhere, anytime? I live in Asheville, North Carolina..USA so going to Belgium is not an option. It is on my 'bucket list'..many thanks for a reply.

Please release the extended version of the road to el dorado with all 39 songs!!! I can distinctly hear a lot missing in the ost that is in the movie.. I love ur music so much congrata on Sherlock homes I was actually able to figure out discombobulate on piano nice job!!!!!
